The menu for this event includes
- Chickpea wraps
- Carrot and lentil salad
- Grilled Haloumi
- Roasted tomatoes
- Aubergine grilled or baked
- Tahini yoghurt
- Dark chocolate olive oil mousse
Everything done and dusted in 3 x 40-minute sessions via Zoom with 15-minute breaks between. Sit down afterwards to the glorious fruits of your labour with a full spread of delicious food, enough to feed at least 4.
